GRYPHON TOUR PRO 2016

There is a new Tour Range for 2016 Season. The new design and colors are sure to attract the attention of other players and supporters. It is the stiffest and best range of sticks Gryphon has brought out to date. With its famous Power Lay Up design, this makes the stick more stiff allowing for the extreme hitting power added with the Silicon Sleeve Technology allows for more feel on the ball. 

Gryphon Tour Pro hockey stick is part of Gryphon's Tour range. The low curve allows you to master the basics while assisting on your reverse and helping aerial skills all at the same time. The compact head provides great control when dribbling and eliminating as your touch around the ball is increase.

The Tour lay-up and core material content makes these models the most powerful sticks in the range. By incorporating Silicon Sleeve technology it ensures a silky smooth feel on the ball. The Tour is designed to International Player Specifications and features the following technology:-

SS (Silicon Sleeve) - By using the Silicon Sleeve a smoother, more forgiving feel can still be achieved even with the stiffest of lay-ups. Integrating Silicon in this way reduces vibration and creates a smoother transition through the hand without sacrificing power.

IPS (International Player Specification) - is all about building the most powerful stick possible, with a really crisp feel for players at the very top of their game. It is not just the high Carbon Fibre content but the way in which it is used that makes these sticks so stiff. The stiffer the stick the higher the ball speed that can be generated from your natural swing speed. Be aware that this lay-up is not forgiving, the crisp feel is responsive and your timing needs to be good to get the most from it.

APS (Aramide Protection System) – is all about protecting the product for those that play hard. APS reinforces the edges and face of the stick to provide an uncompromising ability to withstand the tougher elements of the game.

The Pro mould has a 24mm curve positioned 250mm from the base of the head, making this a modern low-bow shape but not as extreme as the Deuce II. It features a maxi head with a slim shaft and head profile. The Pro mould complies with the latest FIH rules and is an excellent all-round shape for a regular playing style.

Gryphon uses only the best materials, and the Tour pro is no exception. The Tour Pro has a 24mm bow at 250mm point, making it similar to an L-Bow. It has a Maxi head shape.
